Employment Support

SEK delivers a comprehensive employability service to a range of people in Kent. We provide one to one personalised support with employment, work trials, education and training in a friendly supportive environment. We work with clients to find suitable vacancies that match their skills, experience and interests and once in employment, we provide any ongoing support required to our clients and their employers to help them remain happy and productive at work.

  • Support to access education and training.

We support a large range of individuals back into the workforce to obtain and sustain employment.

In addition to providing general employment support advice, we have a specialist team of advisors who provide support to people who are experiencing stress-related illness, anxiety and depression or those who are living with a mental health condition.
