Management Qualifications

We are one of the few training providers as an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Approved Centre. This gives us access to deliver world-class and nationally recognised management qualifications. From Level 2 to Level 5, in a small Award to an intense Diploma.

These management qualifications are ideal for a newly appointed Team Leader to Managing Directors. Gain the knowledge and skills to develop effective teams or drive company results.

Training and assessments are usually on a one-to-one basis if there is only one employee from a company on the programme, or a small group if there is more than one. Our Assessors with years’ of experience in leadership and management will visit your employee at their workplace for approximately 2-hours, once a month.

The Level 2 Award in Effective Team Member Skills is ideal for new team members or those heading for promotion to team leader. Perfect for those who want to prove they have the skills and knowledge for the challenge.

This Award is a little qualification requiring a minimum of 9-hours and only one unit to achieve:

  • Develop yourself as an effective team member
The Level 2 Certificate in Effective Team Member Skills is ideal for new team members or those heading for promotion to team leader. Perfect for those who want to prove they have the skills and knowledge for the challenge.

This Certificate is a little qualification requiring a minimum of 45-hours and only two units to achieve:

  • Develop yourself as an effective team member
  • Developing effective team member skills
The Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is ideal for those who have management responsibilities but no formal training. Perfect for team leaders who will be leading people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

This Award will require a minimum of 11-hours and a few units to complete, some of the units include:

  • Solving problems and making decisions
  • Understanding innovation and change in an organisation
The Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management is ideal for those who have management responsibilities but no formal training. Perfect for team leaders who will be leading people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

This Certificate will require a minimum of 29-hours and a few units to complete, some of the units include:

  • Solving problems and making decisions
  • Understanding innovation and change in an organisation
  • Planning change in the workplace
  • Planning and allocating work
  • Writing for business
  • Contributing to innovation and creativity in the workplace
  • Understanding customer service standards and requirements
The Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management is ideal for those who have management responsibilities but no formal training. Perfect for team leaders who will be leading people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

This Award will require a minimum of 97-hours and a few units to complete, some of the units include:

  • Understanding support services operations in an organisation
  • Understanding sustainability and environment issues in an organisation
  • Understanding good practice in workplace mentoring
  • Understanding training and coaching in the workplace
The Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management is ideal for project managers, department heads and middle managers. For those who want to develop their technical knowledge, strategic insight and practical expertise.

This Award will require a minimum of 16-hours and a couple of units to complete, some of the units include:

  • Managing improvements
  • Making a financial case
  • Develop critical thinking
  • Leading innovation and change
The Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management is ideal for project managers, department heads and middle managers. For those who want to develop their technical knowledge, strategic insight and practical expertise.

This Certificate will require a minimum of 15-hours and a few units to complete, some of the units include:

  • Understanding organisational environment
  • Understanding organisational culture and ethics
  • Managing customer relations

The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is ideal for project managers, department heads and middle managers. For those who want to develop their technical knowledge, strategic insight and practical expertise.

This Certificate will require a minimum of 29-hours and a number of units to complete, some of the units include:

  • Managing projects in the organisation
  • Managing resources
  • Managing information
  • Managing recruitment

  • Analysing and interpreting statistics to inform management decisions
  • Understanding the management of facilities
