Strategic Objectives

For the past few years the development of Social Enterprise Kent CIC has been driven by All Seasons – our social enterprise delivering adult care services. Our priority has been to stabilise, grow and to establish All Seasons as a successful stand-alone social enterprise. Having completed this key piece of work it is time to turn our attention to developing and growing Social Enterprise Kent.

Our overriding organisational priority is simply to re-focus Social Enterprise Kent on its founding objectives, namely:

• To provide support for people, particularly in areas of deprivation or for those most disadvantaged, to gain skills and employment
• To support the creation, organisation and management of social enterprises and small enterprises; and to develop a way of making this sustainable
• By creating jobs and skills, to support in the regeneration of deprived areas in Kent
