Through facilitated online interactive action learning, participants will discuss the challenges local VCSE’s face and explore practical solutions together.

This Peer Networks Programme will cover:

Trading and social investment, diversifying income streams, board development and governance, business plan advice, financial planning, sustainability strategies, capacity building, Human Resources, strategy and planning, fundraising and grant funding advice, marketing and social media, social impact measurement and more.

By completing the Peer Networks Programme you will have access to:
  • Interactive action learning (2 hours every fortnight)
  • Peer Support through sharing knowledge, processes, and tools for best practice.
  • Action and Goal setting
  • Networking
  • One-to-one support (6 hours each)
  • Accountability
Who is this programme for?

Social Enterprise Kent are keen to invite; leaders of Social Enterprises and VCSE organisations who have not yet accessed this type of support. Leaders who enjoy working as part of a team and seek a peer-to-peer dynamic.
