SEK Training

Training that builds teams, drives results, and strengthens communities across Kent, Medway and online.

At Social Enterprise Kent, we deliver professional training for individuals, staff teams and organisations across a wide range of sectors. Our expert trainers bring real-world experience and sector knowledge, delivering engaging, practical training that helps organisations develop their teams, meet compliance requirements and achieve their goals.

We’re proud to support businesses, charities, care providers, schools and public services with flexible, trusted training. With consistently strong reviews and real impact, our courses help organisations stay compliant, grow confidently and support their teams.

We offer training courses across a wide range of topics including First Aid, Health and Social Care, Mental Health, Safeguarding and Leadership, along with bespoke training tailored to your organisation. Training can be delivered at your workplace, at our venues, or online to suit your team and organisation.

As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), every training course we deliver helps create something bigger. Profits from our Training Division are reinvested into community projects that support health, wellbeing and employment across Kent and Medway. That means when you choose SEK Training, you’re not just building knowledge, you’re helping to create a stronger, fairer community for everyone.

Funded Webinars

Funded Webinars

Fully funded training courses for small organisations, VCSEs and diverse-owned businesses. Practical, online learning supported through Sodexo’s Social Impact 2030 Pledge.

Overview

This limited programme of funded training courses has been made possible through Sodexo’s Social Impact 2030 Pledge, supporting skills development, wellbeing and inclusive growth within local communities.

Delivered in partnership with not-for-profit organisations, these short, live online courses are designed for people working in small and micro-businesses, VCSE organisations, sole traders and diverse-owned organisations. Each session focuses on practical learning you can apply straight away, recognising the real pressures of busy working lives and the value of accessible, high-quality training.

Places are fully funded and available for a limited time, with eligibility criteria applying and priority given to organisations supporting or operating within Kent (including Medway) and North Wales. If you’re looking to build confidence, strengthen skills or explore new ways of working without the financial barrier, this programme offers a valuable opportunity to invest a small amount of time for meaningful impact.
