Widening Access Demonstrators
The Widening Access Demonstrators Programme is a government initiative (via the Department of Health and Social Care) that aims to open up employment in health and social care to people from all backgrounds and communities.
Social Enterprise Kent is working in partnership with the East Kent Health and Care Partnership and East Kent College Group, to support people who are currently looking for a career in the NHS or Social Care. The NHS is the largest employer in the UK and this programme is designed to upskill individuals to match local vacancies in this sector.
