This course will introduce delegates to performance management and the cycle; followed by tools and techniques to implement or review a system in their workplace. In addition, the delegates will have the opportunity to understand and practice various communication strategies to manage difficult people and conflict at work. Towards the end the training, delegates will understand how to manage sickness absence, capability and disciplinary processes lawfully and reasonably.
