A Voice for Tenants

Thank you for your interest in attending the forthcoming workshop being run by  The Health Creation Alliance.

The participatory workshop will be supported by a facilitator from The Health Creation Alliance (THCA), the organisation has been contracted by a national group led by social tenants called ‘A Voice for Tenants’.

Areas explored will include:
• What ‘having a voice’ means to you and other participants
• Mechanisms through which tenants might be able to have a better ‘conversation’ the next government about the things that matter to them
• What you would expect to happen as a result

Attended by social housing tenants with a range of different tenures – social housing, leaseholders, shared owners and supported housing – THCA would like to gather your thoughts and ideas. These will be combined with those of other tenants living in other parts of England to come up with some options for consideration by Á Voice for Tenants.

Recognising participant involvement
• All tenant participants will receive £30 in the form of a voucher for a mainstream retailer
• All travel expenses will be paid (for in person meetings)
• You will be provided with a copy of the workshop write up
• You will be invited to another online session later this year to share your thoughts on the options.
• You will also get a copy of the final report that is presented to the Voices for Tenants Group.
