About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, person-centered individual to join us as an Employment Advisor, supporting the delivery of our Employability programmes across Kent and Medway, with a focus on East Kent.
This is primarily a field-based role, working directly with individuals to help them move towards and into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload of participants, supporting them to build confidence, develop skills and overcome barriers to work through tailored 1:1 interventions.
We are recruiting two roles for our Connect to Work Programme
1 x Full Time position in North Kent (Medway and Gravesham districts)
1 x Full Time position in East Kent (Thanet, Dover, and Folkestone & Hythe districts)
Salary: £28,000

About the Role
We’re looking for someone to lead the integration and engagement of the Connect to Work programme across East Kent and North Kent, building strong partnerships with employers, community organisations, DWP teams and training providers.
You’ll play a key role in embedding the programme within local systems, creating effective referral pathways and ensuring people with barriers to employment receive well-coordinated support to move closer to and into work.
