Community Partnership Officer – Regional Hub Lead

Salary: £28,500

Location: East  Kent

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term Contract to March 31st 2028

About the role
We are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused individual to join us as a Community Partnership Lead, supporting the delivery of the Kent Gambling Harms Prevention programme in East Kent, working in partnership with MVA and Involve.

This is a dynamic, outward-facing role. You will lead community engagement and partnership development, recruit and support local champions, and work with organisations and services to strengthen awareness and understanding of gambling-related harms.

You will play a key role in mapping and improving pathways to support, building strong relationships across communities and services, and coordinating activity with partners to ensure people affected by gambling-related harms can access appropriate support.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident building partnerships, engaging communities and bringing people together, and who is motivated by improving awareness, strengthening local support and helping to reduce gambling-related harms across Kent.
