Employment Advisor

Salary: £26,227.50 FTE

Location: Kent – with a focus on East Kent. Some home-working arrangements may be agreed, subject to business needs

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week. Part-time hours will also be considered

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an Employment Advisor to join our friendly Employability team.

In this role, you will support people as they build their confidence, develop new skills and take positive steps towards employment. Working with individuals at different stages of their journey, you will provide personalised guidance, encouragement and practical support to help them recognise their strengths, achieve their goals and move towards sustainable work.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives while developing their own career within the employability sector.
