About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Employment Advisor to support individuals across East Kent on their journey towards employment.
This is a rewarding, field-based role where you’ll work one-to-one with people facing a range of barriers to work, helping them build confidence, develop skills and take positive steps towards a brighter future.
No two days are the same. You’ll manage your own caseload, provide tailored support, connect people with opportunities, and celebrate their successes along the way.

About the Role
1 x Full Time position in North Kent (Medway and Gravesham districts)
1 x Full Time position in East Kent (Thanet, Dover, and Folkestone & Hythe districts)
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building partnerships and creating opportunities for people to succeed.
As our Integration and Engagement Coordinator, you’ll work across East Kent or North Kent to connect employers, community organisations, Jobcentre Plus teams, training providers and other key stakeholders with the Connect to Work programme.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring people facing barriers to employment can access the right support at the right time, creating strong referral pathways and helping build a network of services that supports people on their journey into sustainable employment.
