Using real-life scenarios, the course also focuses on managing difficult conversations and responding constructively to negativity or conflict. Learners will consider how to maintain professionalism when faced with challenging feedback or high-pressure situations, as well as how to use communication to defuse tension and maintain positive working relationships.
Visual and behavioural communication is also addressed, including personal presentation and workplace etiquette, ensuring messages are consistent with professional standards and organisational values.
The course aligns with recognised best practice in workplace communication and leadership, supporting effective team collaboration, employee engagement, and professional development. Attendees leave with a toolkit of strategies for communicating clearly, confidently, and with purpose, whether in meetings, presentations, or day-to-day interactions.
