You’ll start with self-awareness, understanding your working style, habits, and how your mindset affects your use of time. You’ll explore how distractions, overcommitting, or lack of planning can lead to reduced focus and increased stress.
We’ll then introduce key time management techniques, from setting SMART goals to structuring your day for energy and clarity. You’ll explore real-life challenges and learn how to prioritise, schedule, and break tasks into manageable actions.
The course also explores delegation, a vital skill for anyone managing others or juggling multiple priorities. You’ll learn how to delegate appropriately, communicate clearly, and build trust through shared responsibility.
There will be plenty of time for discussion, reflection, and practical planning. You’ll finish the day with tools and techniques you can apply straight away, plus greater awareness of how to manage your time in a way that works for you.
