Course Content
This half-day course supports your organisation to meet that duty by building awareness, setting clear expectations, and providing practical guidance for staff at all levels. Whether you’re reviewing your internal policies or just starting this conversation, the session is designed to support open, honest, and constructive learning.
You’ll explore the definition and forms of harassment, including examples of verbal, non-verbal, and online behaviour. We’ll also discuss how harassment affects individuals and workplace culture and why early action is so important.
The course explains what the law says, what’s changed, and what employers must now do to stay compliant. You’ll look at how to reduce risk, respond to concerns appropriately, and promote a culture where unacceptable behaviour is challenged, not tolerated.
This session is suitable for team leaders, HR staff, senior managers, and anyone working in people-focused environments. It provides clear, non-judgemental information and encourages responsibility at every level of your organisation.
At Social Enterprise Kent CIC, we believe that everyone has the right to feel safe, respected, and heard at work. This training gives you the knowledge to protect your team and the confidence to act.
