Overview
This three-hour, live online course is designed to help you understand AI in a way that feels accessible and useful. It focuses on real-world examples rather than technical theory, giving you a clear picture of how AI tools are already being used and where they could support your organisation. You don’t need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a willingness to explore how small changes could make your work easier.

Course Content
Previous learners have told us that after similar sessions they felt more confident experimenting with AI tools, clearer about what was appropriate for their organisation, and better equipped to make informed decisions rather than avoiding the topic altogether. For many, the biggest impact came from understanding where AI could genuinely save time and where it wasn’t worth the effort.

This course is offered as part of Sodexo’s Social Impact 2030 Pledge, supporting skills development, social mobility and stronger local economies. Through collaboration with not-for-profit partners, this programme makes practical digital learning more accessible for smaller organisations that may not otherwise have the time or resources to invest in it.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. If you’ve been curious about AI but haven’t yet had the opportunity to explore it properly, this session offers a supportive and practical starting point. Apply for a funded place and take away knowledge you can begin using straight away.
