Course Content
You’ll look at how small changes, whether physical, digital or behavioural, can help remove barriers and support people to work more comfortably and effectively. The course encourages understanding rather than assumption, helping you think about inclusion as an ongoing practice rather than a one-off action.
Previous learners have shared that sessions like this helped them feel more confident talking about disability, more aware of unconscious barriers, and better equipped to make simple adjustments that improve day-to-day experiences for colleagues and staff.
