The Elevate programme offers a comprehensive employability solution, providing pre-employment training, life skills, and accredited qualifications to prepare individuals for roles within your organisation. Social Enterprise Kent collaborates closely with the Kent County Council Corporate Parenting team, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and local organisations supporting minority or disadvantaged groups. Together, we identify and recruit individuals, giving them the skills to pursue independent more secure and hopefully prosperous futures.
An exemplary instance of this initiative is Elevate 2023, conducted in partnership with Amey Ltd. Amey sought to create apprenticeship opportunities for care leavers. Working collaboratively, we devised a tailored training program aligned with their industry needs and social responsibility objectives. Each participant was guaranteed an interview, with roles awarded based on merit.
For a detailed illustration of outcomes, refer to the case study linked below.
Every Elevate programme is customised to meet the unique requirements of our clients. Packages are available starting from £10,000, benefiting up to 12 individuals per program.
UK Power Networks (UKPN), in Partnership with Social Enterprise Kent, are delivering energy-saving and digital sessions to people across East Kent
This program was developed in partnership with UKPN and is designed to equip people with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace energy efficiency and digital empowerment. Through in-person workshops and hands-on sessions, participants not only learn practical strategies for reducing energy consumption and saving money but also gain essential digital literacy skills to navigate today’s technological landscape with confidence.
UKPN have pledged that as the UK transitions to a Net Zero energy system, they will equip the community with valuable energy-saving advice as well as digital awareness and they have partnered with Social Enterprise Kent to deliver the training using our established VCSE networks and links in communities supporting them to deliver on their legal obligations and social value commitments.
