Every successful project starts with an idea, but turning that idea into action can feel challenging, particularly when time, resources and budgets are limited.
This practical three-hour session introduces the essentials of project management in a straightforward, accessible way. Designed for smaller organisations, charities and social enterprises, it explores how to develop an idea into a realistic plan, set clear objectives, organise tasks and resources, and keep activities moving forward.
Whether you’re launching a new community initiative, developing a service or improving an existing process, you’ll gain practical tools and approaches to help you manage projects with greater confidence and clarity.
The course is open to individuals working within small and micro-businesses, VCSE organisations, sole traders and diverse-owned organisations. Eligibility criteria apply, with priority given to organisations supporting or operating within Kent (including Medway) and North Wales.
