If you're aged 18 or over and living in the districts of Canterbury, Thanet, Ashford, Dover or Folkestone and Hythe, Empowering Communities is here to help you move into employment, training, or volunteering.
Individuals: This free programme offers tailored, one to one support for up to up to 10 weeks, meeting you in your local community. Together with your dedicated Employment Advisor, you will create a plan that works for you.
Organisations: We can delivery drop-in sessions and group training at your venue, to help the people you support build their skills, confidence and readiness for employment.
Individuals:
This free programme offers friendly, personalised 1:1 support over up to 8 weeks, meeting you in your local community each week. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for you – whether you’re looking to build confidence, improve your CV, or prepare for job interviews.
