Cookery Project

Learning to cook healthy, delicious meals

As part of the Live Well Eat Well programme, we delivered a cookery course in partnership with Kent Enterprise Trust in Ramsgate.

The course gave participants the opportunity to develop practical cookery skills and learn how to prepare healthy, delicious meals using food from SE Kitchen, our social supermarket in Ramsgate.

Participants could build their confidence in the kitchen, try new recipes and develop skills they could continue using at home.

This part of the programme has now finished.
