We’re looking for initiatives that are linked to schools in some way, including ideas generated by a school that is carried out in pupils’ homes or the wider community. We believe that every action counts, and we want to highlight the creativity and dedication of young people in driving positive change.

Green STEM Showcase – What a Day!
On Wednesday 2nd July, schools joined us for an inspiring Green STEM Showcase celebrating all things Green. Students spent the morning immersed in exciting practical workshops and activities focused on sustainability and innovation in STEM.
With engaging exhibitors such as South Eastern Railway and the Environment Agency, students explored real-world solutions and ideas that make a difference. It was a fantastic day full of energy, creativity, and collaboration.

We wanted to support the Green School Awards for several reasons, firstly the younger generation inspire us with their ideas on how to repurpose, design forest schools and encourage nature, their enthusiasm is contagious, and we can learn so much. Secondly, we want to encourage and spark their interest in construction in what they are working on now will open their eyes to seeing what our industry entails.
