Feedback

  • “The visit was very helpful for me. I received useful advice about saving energy and I learned new ways to manage my home more efficiently. The advisor was very kind, patient, and supportive. The information she gave me about food vouchers, grant, and the other wellbeing services made me feel more hopeful and less stressed about my situation. I now feel more confident supported.” – Feedback from energy home visit
  • Thank you again for delivering the energy advice presentation to our local community group. Access to impartial energy advice is particularly important for our elderly community, many of whom are navigating rising energy costs and complex information about tariffs, efficiency, and support schemes. Having clear, independent guidance helps them feel more confident about managing their energy use and identifying ways to reduce costs. The session was very well received, and members appreciated the practical tips and the opportunity to ask questions in a supportive environment. This has helped raise awareness of the support available and encouraged people to take small but meaningful steps to improve their energy situation.” – Community Group leader
  • “I want to sincerely thank you for all the help and kindness you have given me. Your guidance on how to use electricity more efficiently, along with the folio you provided to install behind the radiators, has already made a practical difference in my home. Your professionalism, warmth, and care go far beyond the grant itself. You gave me confidence, dignity, and hope at a time when I needed it most. I deeply appreciate the way you combine practical solutions with genuine compassion. Thank you for being such a light in the community. Your work is not just support—it is empowerment.” – Home visit recipient
