Sodexo Funded Training Programme 2026–27

FUNDED TRAINING OPPORTUNITY | SODEXO SOCIAL IMPACT

Funded online training for eligible SMEs, VCSEs and diverse-owned organisations across Kent and North Wales, delivered through our partnership with Sodexo. Limited places available.

Through our continuing partnership with Sodexo, Social Enterprise Kent is offering a new programme of funded online training for eligible SMEs, charities, social enterprises and diverse-owned businesses across Kent and North Wales.

Running from November 2026 to February 2027, the programme provides opportunities to develop practical skills, explore new ideas and strengthen organisations through accessible, relevant training.

Building on the success of previous programmes, this year’s sessions focus on sustainability, community engagement and project development, helping smaller organisations build confidence and take practical steps towards their goals.

Training places are fully funded by Sodexo for eligible participants, meaning there is no course fee to pay. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Building on a Continuing Partnership

Social Enterprise Kent and Sodexo have worked together over successive years to create accessible training opportunities for smaller businesses and community organisations.

By combining Sodexo’s commitment to social impact with SEK’s experience in training and supporting local organisations, the partnership helps turn investment into practical learning opportunities.

The 2026–27 programme continues this approach, providing relevant training that organisations can use to strengthen their activities, support their people and contribute positively to their communities.
